Christmas Dinner and Carols Night

Sunday Dec 14th 5pm Salentina Ridge Park

This is one for all your family and friends! Come down to Salentina Ridge Park and enjoy a picnic, Christmas Carols and a special performance by the Honey Bunch choir. Please bring along anyone you like and show off our West Beacy Bunch community. The kids will be busy drawing for our flyers next year and rumour has it Santa will be coming.

 

This year we will have a potluck dinner, so please bring along something to share. You will need your own crockery, drinks and a picnic blanket.

Have you notice the pegs are in showing where the path will go? The council will start putting in the path today and they have already ordered seedlings ready for planting next winter. West Beacy Bunch Writing Group

Every two weeks on Wednesdays

Where – Ecoburbia

Who – RSVP to Alan 0413390603 – you need to confirm each session that you are attending

What – Bring A4 notebook and pen/pencil, and any snacks you’d like to share

Cost - $5 to cover costs of photocopying etc

We meet once a fortnight at Ecoburbia to do some guided writing exercises, share ideas, learn from the work of top authors, and talk about the world of reading and writing. Alan Hancock leads the group, with the aim of supporting anyone who writes or wants to write, whether beginner or experienced writer.

You’ll learn an approach that will help you go deeper with your writing and create pieces that hold a reader. Alan is a published author and script-writer whose work has been produced by the BBC and ABC RN.
