Mental health challenges are part of everyday life — but many of us aren’t sure how to help when someone is struggling.
Mental Health First Aid training gives you practical, evidence-based skills to recognise the signs, start supportive conversations, and offer help until professional support is available. Developed in Australia and now used worldwide, it’s trusted, practical, and genuinely empowering.
You’ll learn how to support adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, psychosis and substance use, and how to respond to crises like panic attacks or suicidal thoughts.
If you want skills that make a real difference — at work, in your community, or in your personal life — this course is for you.
